Dr. Nada Rabie’s professional journey is shaped by a deep belief that knowledge creates impact only when applied. Over the past 15 years, she has built a multifaceted career across academia, business mentoring, and economic development, working at the intersection of theory, practice, and community transformation. Holding a PhD in Business Management, Nada has taught at leading universities in Canada and the UAE, including as an Assistant Professor at the University of New Brunswick (UNB), specializing in organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, innovation, and SMEs. A published researcher in SCOPUS-indexed journals, she is also a regular speaker, coach, and judge in innovation and leadership programs.
Her hands-on experience complements her academic work: as Entrepreneurship & Business Growth Coordinator in Saint John, she supports small businesses, newcomers, women, and youth through action oriented programs grounded in real world challenges. For over three years as a business mentor, Nada has guided more than 400 entrepreneurs and owners across diverse sectors, helping them navigate startup realities, growth hurdles, funding readiness, and strategic decisions with empathy, realism, and practical insight.
