Currently, Marwa serves as the Head of Quality and Risk Management for Technology Services at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions and is an Enterprise Agility Coach. She leads a team of 21 professionals, managing organizational governance, quality assurance, and risk compliance for Vodafone’s global service centers. She has successfully implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification and introduced digital risk management tools to enhance business continuity and security.
