He also closely monitors legislative developments, ensuring that investors and businesses remain compliant with evolving investment laws and regulations.
As a dedicated mentor, Bassem has delivered over 1,800 hours of mentoring, covering corporate governance, fundraising, contract negotiation, commercial law, and investment regulations. In addition, through volunteer initiatives, he has mentored more than 1,200 students, entrepreneurs, and law graduates on company registration procedures and licensing requirements, reinforcing his commitment to accessible legal education.

He has supported investors in establishing more than 6,600 companies with capital exceeding USD 220 million, and has assisted over 900 companies in raising funds exceeding USD 70 million.
