Mahmoud Sultan is an entrepreneur and innovation strategist who focuses on turning early ideas into practical, tech-driven ventures. His work covers fintech, sportstech, and digital transformation, where he blends a product-focused mindset with structured strategic thinking to help teams build solutions that address real problems.
With more than ten years of experience, Mahmoud has co-founded and supported several startups from their earliest stages to fully functioning, scalable products. As Co-Founder and Head of Innovation at UVAII Venture Studio, he leads venture-building programs and develops clear growth frameworks for startups. He is also building three new strategic entities, a robotics company, an angel investors society, and a back-office services company, designed to support founders and strengthen the overall entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Mahmoud also plays key roles at TIFO and Flick Remittance, where he drives innovation across different industries.
His approach is straightforward: understand the problem, study the market, and shape ideas into solutions that people can actually use. He moves easily between strategy and execution, working closely with teams to keep projects organized, aligned, and progressing steadily.
Before this, Mahmoud led the business team at Fudex, managing more than 30 startup projects across various industries. He oversaw strategy, day-to-day operations, and guided many ventures from initial concept to real execution, showing his ability to scale ideas in a consistent and structured way.
His work also extends to the public sector, where he managed government projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, connecting national transformation goals with private-sector innovation. In the corporate world, Mahmoud has contributed to major organizations including Nissan Motor Egypt, Halliburton, Vodafone Global Enterprise, and EY.
