Before this, Mahmoud led the business team at Fudex, managing more than 30 startup projects across various industries. He oversaw strategy, day-to-day operations, and guided many ventures from initial concept to real execution, showing his ability to scale ideas in a consistent and structured way.

His work also extends to the public sector, where he managed government projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, connecting national transformation goals with private-sector innovation. In the corporate world, Mahmoud has contributed to major organizations including Nissan Motor Egypt, Halliburton, Vodafone Global Enterprise, and EY.
