At Mentoring Platform, we see mentoring as a structured process, not casual advice. The Mentoring Map reflects that belief by creating an environment where the right conversations can genuinely shift how people think about and approach mentoring.
This is an invitation-based event, extended upon acceptance to ensure the quality of interaction and depth of discussion.
While mentoring is becoming more visible within Egypt’s entrepreneurship and professional landscape, it is still often approached as a series of one-time support conversations. Advice is given, questions are answered, but the actual transfer of experience rarely happens.
In many cases, the focus shifts toward immediate answers instead of testing ideas, learning through action, and building practical judgment.
The Mentoring Map Guide was created to challenge that pattern.
It introduces mentoring as a structured, experience-based process. It clarifies the roles of both mentor and mentee, and reframes mentoring as a space where trial and error are not avoided, but expected.
